"We are beyond excited to announce that our new album, Wolves Within, will be released December 17th on Sumerian Records. We've spent the last two years pushing our own limits in an attempt to give you what we feel is some of the most crushing and dynamic material we've written to date. We feel like this record is a new beginning for us. We are continually trying to push our own musical and creative boundaries that have yet to be explored, and simultaneously paving the way for the future of our sound. We also couldn't be happier to announce that we have re-signed with Sumerian Records. We have so much respect for not only everyone at the label, but for all of the bands on the roster as well. For almost six years, Sumerian has been our home, and the home to many of our favorite bands. None of us could ask for a better setting right now, having the opportunity to work with our friends on a daily basis doing what we love."

I liked “A Wolf Amongst Ravens” but felt they overused the Djent. But “Of Fearful Men” sounded absolutely amazing. Now I’m excited for their album.

I honestly love A Wolf Amongst Ravens but I think Of Fearful Men is actually pretty boring. Especially the generic core breakdown. And I agree with Dobis1252, no such thing as too much djent.

I liked their album a lot when it came out, the new one. Not so much anymore. I just chose this pic because it looks nice. And there is too much djent in this song. It’s the whole entire fucking song jesus. I like the way Periphery handles djent.

Word but not to sound like a “hipster” but periphery is more “Progressive metalcore” Then Djent. Djent really isnt a genre (Djenre) its just a guitar tone. its just hardcore/metalcore with that djent or bwooooooow sound. and yea AWAR is a bit to much but EVERY band has that one song that is just in your face 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 the whole album will be a good balence. i mean these guys wrote Asperation. there will be good stuff.
