An album which has seen its fair share of delays. But it makes Schoolboy Q's upcoming album "Oxymoron" less anticipated.
Q made the following comments, in a now somewhat dated interview with Complex Music:
"When discussing his upcoming Interscope debut album, Schoolboy Q had this to say, "Kendrick left me no choice but to drop a classic." No doubt Schoolboy's statement had to do with the rave reviews his TDE brethren Kendrick's debut, good kid, mAAd city, received. And with the TDE crew being as competitive as they are with each other, we wouldn't expect anything less from Q. However, if he's really following the K-Dot blueprint, we're left to wonder how he'll expand on his style following Habits & Contradictions like the way Kendrick did from Section.80 to good kid. Meanwhile, expect him to stick to TDE hallmarks like in-house production from their Digi-Phonics crew. Plus guest spots from his frequent collaborator A$AP Rocky as well as Danny Brown and of course Black Hippy."
NEW TRACK & ALBUM COVER
You can now buy the track "Break the Bank". The album cover has also changed, we've got the non-deluxe version added to the left. There's also an incomplete track list added, including Man of the Year, Break the Bank and Collard Greens.
