  5. -”Florida metallers TRIVIUM will release their new album, “Vengeance Falls”, on October 15 via Roadrunner Records. The CD was produced by DISTURBED and DEVICE frontman David Draiman at his house in Austin, Texas”

PS. I added in the description cover-art and tracklist.

  6. single is called “Strife”, it impacts august 20th as well as being able to preorder Vengeance Falls

  7. Full Track list for the album:

    1. Brave This Storm
    2. Vengeance Falls
    3. Strife
    4. No Way To Heal
    5. To Believe
    6. At The End Of This War
    7. Through Blood And Dirt And Bone
    8. Villainy Thrives
    9. Incineration: The Broken World
    10. Wake (The End Is Nigh)

  8. Sounds too much like Disturbed stuff in my opinion. We don’t really feel Matt’s voice like in their previous work, his voice sounds too much altered and musically there’s no really catchy riffs in either Strife and Brave This Storm. Still looking forward this, but not as much as in the beginning.

    • I have a feeling that you wouldnt say that if you didnt know Draiman directed it. Disturbed was my favorite band for YEARS and this sounds NOTHING like Disturbed.

      • Disturbed altered vocals for sure and sounds really more industrial tan their previous work. This sounds more Disturbed-ish than old Trivium for me.

      • The vocal melodies and phrasing in Brave This Storm sound EXACTLY like Disturbed. They have Draiman written all over them.

        • You will notice through out the whole album that i sounds a bit like drainman. Even tough, the rest of the album is fuckin amazing. To belive, At the end of this war and Wake is fucking breathtaking!!! Perhaps the album of the year :)

          • so you got the album?
has it leaked? links pls @_@

        • Actually it sounds like the vocal arrangement on in waves

    • Brave This Storm does sound like Disturbed for the first minute, than it’s Trivium back again :)

    • Check it out now that has leaked the worst tracks we’re the first three that we’re released by trivium the rest of the album is really good IMO

      • The best ones are the first 5 for me the rest just isnt my cup of tea.

  9. I just gotta point out how cool this album art is! Also, I listened to strife off iTunes and in my opinion this is the Trivium we all know and love. My favorite album so far has been In Waves and this isn’t too much different. They stick to there style nicely but the material is all new. Idk maybe its just me, but thats what I think

  10. I Want it :P !

  11. Somebody needs to leak this asap!!!

  12. Japan gets a bonus track called Losing My Religion http://wmg.jp/artist/trivium/WPCR000015292.html

Can’t imagine it being a REM cover.

  13. Guys not long time left until you’ll hear this amazing record!

  14. Guys not long time left until you’ll hear this amazing record!!

    • what does it mean? :D

      • I asked Paolo on twitter about if we’ll be lucky enough to hear a album-stream before release, and he replied with “possibly”. Maybe we’ll be able to listen before release!

      • Its been leaked :)

  15. Its about time to someone leak this album m/

    • It hasn’t leaked though. I wish it would.

  16. it will leak tomorrow :)

    • how do you know this if i may ask

    • proof?

      • It’s leaked to one site but I can’t say just search my friend.

    • You leaked it?

    • shieeet you were actually right!

    • I havent the slightest idea where it is, at least a hint on the location would be nice.

  17. Someone leak this darn thing already!

  18. Realm of Metal has it.

  19. Yeah, this will be the first Album from Trivium I will not be supporting, this has LITERALLY DRAIMAN written all over it. I swear, I’m listening to a Disturbed Album on most of these songs. ITS SO TERRIBLE.

    • just finishing the album write now, 80% of the album is mediocre. Still some goods songs, especially no 9 and 10. I think trivium is gonna be about singing from now on. We were expecting far too much.

    • I love Disturbed, so that may skew my opinion. But this album is AMAZING. I only really hear the “disturbed” in one song, but it doesnt ruin it for me.

      Kyle

    • I agree that a good few songs have some Draiman influences but that isn’t a bad thing! It’s like a heavier Disturbed! It’s not terrible because you don’t like it, we all have our own tastes and personally, I think it’s a great album!

    • I agree he had a big influence on the record, but on the other hand this album is great and i think if you can just look past comparing it to disturbed you would find that the songs are very good especially Vengeance Falls that track is killer and probably one of the least influenced by drainman.

  20. I listened to the whole album and then went back to In Waves. Maybe I should give it a second chance.

  21. Okay so I have listened to the album in full now. IMO, I favor this album over In Waves. Will you be hearing another Ascendancy or Shogun? No, but if you did, it would be repetitive. Honestly this is great for me. Songs like Brave this Storm, No Way to Heal, and Through Blood and Dirt and Bone are metal powerhouses for this album. Songs like Strife, Vengeance Falls, and At The End of This War are really strong in mixing metal with emotional stability and melodicness if that makes sense. To Believe and Villainy Thrives are good, but just a bit filler for me. Incineration: The Broken World and Wake: The End is Nigh are freaking nothing short of amazing, and really help the second half of the album shine light through, with Matt giving some of his best vocal performances to date. Sure, this isnt a metal snapping your neck like Shogun or Ascendancy was, but its better than In Waves(imo). Its worth the listen, unless of course you were expecting for it to sound like those two albums, in that case, sorry!

  22. Really loving this album. Considering I didn’t like In Waves I wasn’t expecting much from this but I’m definitely surprised. It’s a good step forward for the band and even though I miss their old style, I’m glad they’re still putting out great albums. Looking forward to getting my physical copy :)

  23. Finally is out!! Thank you!! :D

  24. This album is bad… not as bad as The Crusade, but very close!

  25. Tease the shit out of us with no clean vocal songs on In Waves, and then not even one of this album! :(

Sounds like all the guttural parts are tailored for Corey anyways.

  26. produced by Disturbed ? LOL

  27. I think this is more along the lines of the crusade which i actually enjoyed despite the naysayers. I just wish every damn cd wouldnt be completly different as on late. I mean i hoped for more. Though i was hesitant with draiman, even though i like disturbed, i think trivium took a little too much of his direction. Cant we get a killer 10 minute finale song? Anyways its still good its still trivium and if your a regular torrent user its easy to find good luck.

  28. However, there is still the Japanese version that contains the fourth bonus song

  29. I really want to hear their cover of “Losing My Religion” D;
