Drake If You're Reading This It's Too Late

Well, Drake just dropped an album...Beyonce style. Late on February 12th, 2015 Drake decided it was time to drop an album. While Lil Wayne is feuding with Cash Money Records about releasing his album "Tha Carter V", Drake decided to skip the trouble and release this one through iTunes. "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" is a 17-track effort which contains features from Lil Wayne, Travi$ Scott and two features from PARTYNEXTDOOR. The album is available digitally, there is currently no update on whether physical copies will be distributed or not but one could assume it's likely.

Drake confirmed in a handwritten note that this indeed was a mixtape, one that was just a for-pay release. He then temporarily released it via SoundCloud after it was reported that he made over $400,000 before anyone realized it was only a mixtape. Though this is a mixtape, the amount of sales makes it count as an album towards his record deal.
