Their first single, "Best of Friends", was released in 2012 and was voted NME's song of the year.
On 25 February 2013 Palma Violets released their debut album, "180".
On 17 February 2015, they confirmed the details of their upcoming album, "Danger In The Club". The title track was also released, along with an official video.

english tongue has just been released and sounds wicked. Been a massive fan since the first single , and waited so patiently for the debut album , saw them live at what was an amazing gig , concorde 2 brighton, they rocked the place . From what i heard so far from their 2nd album it would seem everything they touch turns to gold, pure musical gold , like the title says only once every 10 years or so does a band of this calibre come along , so embrace them , welcome them into your life this will be defining our generation for years to come and if you haven’t seem them live yet , put that on your bucket list as they are true rock n roll stars on the stage.
