Wyrd Death Of The Sun

Wyrd is a post-Hellkult project.

Appeared on the Katatonia tribute album "December Songs: A Tribute to Katatonia", contributing their rendition of the song "In Silence Enshrined."

Appeared with the unreleased track "Where Dead Birds Sang" on the Sabbath's Fire Records anniversary compilation "10 Years of Unholy Fire" Double LP limited to 200 hand numbered copies, dedicated to the owner, out the 25th September 2013.

"Wyrd" is the Saxon word for "Fate".

The new album will be called "Death Of The Sun" and will be released by Moribund Records (US).

Started originally as a one-man project, Wyrd is now a full band that consists of the talents of:

Narqath - Guitars, Synths (Azaghal, Svartkraft)

Wircki - Synths, Guitars (Hin Onde, Varjosielu)

Niflungr - Bass (Azaghal. Moonkult)

Lima - Drums (Thaurorod, Amberian Dawn, Sawhill Sacrifice)

Grim - Vocals (Hautakammio, Lathspell, Kalmankantaja)

Ruho - Guitars (Scarecrow)

For the new album so far all drums and guitars are recorded, moving on to synths and bass soon & then vocals, which will also feature a guest appearence by the singer of Atheme One.
