The unlikely has happened. Ryan Adams is covering Taylor Swift's album "1989" in full.

It was revealed via a series of tweets that Adams is currently at his Pax Am studio, recording the cover album. An editor at Rolling Stone revealed the news via Twitter, stating "Apparently @TheRyanAdams is recording cover versions of every song on @taylorswift13's 1989."

Taylor tweeted back asking if it was true and that she "WILL PASS OUT". Minutes later Adams confirmed the news "Yes. Just finished Style. Badass tunes, Taylor. : ) We're sandblasting them and they're holding steady." as to which Taylor responded "Cool I'm not gonna be able to sleep tonight or ever again and I'm going to celebrate today every year as a holiday. I'M CALM".

The record will be covered in the style of The Smiths, but little is known about its actual release.
