I think the new fun album is AMAZING. Got 4 tickets for their Saturday night show in NYC and I’m pumped!

My top 5 of the year, starting with #1 and goin’ down:

    Spawn Of Possession: Incurso
    Alcest: Les Voyages De L’Âme
Swallow The Sun: Emerald Forest And The Blackbird
    Lamb Of God Resolution
    Cannibal Corpse: Torture

Enjoyed all of those, liked some other records, while the only real disappointment so far is the new Terrorizer; not bad, year!

I’ll have to do some more in depth evaluation on a few albums before I post on this.

But, I just wanted to say that I personally thought the new Terrorizer was great, despite my skepticism of the band moving forward without Jesse Pintado.

Plan to make a list of albums I’m looking forward to this year and a list of albums I feel people overlooked in 2011. Some were released In December for instance so I felt they were overlooked.

@hasi4503 Haha yup but would you believe I still have 20+ albums that I haven’t even had time to add yet. Listening to music is becoming a full time job, but luckily it’s an enjoyable job. I’m having a hard time placing the Songs of Green Pheasant, We are Ghosts and Shins albums as well.
