Have playlists that combine genres that go well together ie sludge, doom and stoner go well together, grindcore and metallic hardcore together, thrash, speed and old school death metal go well together, death metal and black metal could either be combined or separated in order to explore their respective sub-genres. Otherwise just have one big playlist that shows the more popular side of underground metal ie post-black metal, cavernous death metal, think Profound Lore Records kind of stuff.

    That’s my two cents.

It’s confusing to me. Are these playlists supposed to be tracks from new releases, top charts, overall charts, by sales, by popularity or personal opinion, etc.? I see some newer tracks but older ones as well, and there’s no description. So I think more of a description would help.
When I think of Has It Leaked curated playlists I would assume they would be a mix of both popular songs and/or singles, and personal favorites from newly released albums.

Great question. It’s a mix of both new and all, in order to add more personality to the lists. The latest and trending releases are better covered on other lists, and there’s little reason to be the hundredth playlist to add the latest Kanye West single. These lists reflect the personality of the different people curating their respective genre. But as music is subjective, you’ll have to see if any of the lists might be for you.

Can I request an “emo” type Playlist to be added? Featuring bands that don’t quite fall under the metal category like Asking Alexandria, Pierce The Veil, My Chemical Romance, A Day to Remember, etc.
