Infestissumam is the upcoming second full-length album by Swedish heavy metal band Ghost. It will be released in spring 2013 on Loma Vista Recordings and is set to be produced by Nick Raskulinecz.
Ghost is a Swedish heavy metal band, formed in Linköping in 2008. In 2010 they released their debut full-length album Opus Eponymous. The Grammis-nominated album was widely praised and increased their popularity significantly.
Ghost are often recognized due to their eccentric on-stage presence. Five of the group's six members wear hooded robes, while the vocalist appears in a skull mask and a cardinal outfit. The band is highly secretive in nature and has kept their identities unknown.
Very highly anticipated sophmore release, hope they kill it. Cant wait for this one.

They published a new song (“Year Zero”) on their Tumblr page yesterday. Extremely addictive and much better than the single.
The Nameless Ghouls fan page on Facebook posted Ghuleh / Zombie Queen today. VERY VERY different from anything on the last album or from the two tracks released this year. It makes me think King Diamond’s Black Rose meets Ghost meets Secret Agent Man.
I am loving Year Zero and Ghuleh/Zombie Queen.

I saw them last night in Bristol, and they played the tracks Infestissumam, Year Zero, Secular Haze and Monstrance Clock. Really looking forward to this.

Might be a sham – but seeing as I have no idea how the deep web works, it could be legit. Just exercise caution if investigating.
The Deep Web is the seedy underbelly of the Internet. Think of it as the alleys that lead from a bustling market in some generic Mediterranean port city. Filled with scammers, thieves, counterfeit and stolen goods, and criminals… Tread lightly if you choose to enter. I have enjoyed what Ghost has leaked intentionally and will happily wait until April 9th to hear the full album.
Don’t worry, i just checked and there’s nothing on it, trust me.
It seems quite different from the first album, but I like the new tracks and I’m really looking forward for it!

Thanks for the cover! I updated the art. When I originally added the album to the database Ghost hadn’t released anything except the Secular Haze artwork.

The swedish version will still be released on the 9th, The other versions (europe,North America) will be the 16th now, and then there is the japanse deluxe version that will be released on may 22 i believe.
And i must say, its odd this album didnt leak yet. its seem to be happening more and more it seems.

Ghost seems to have top men constantly looking for leaks or something. I remember when trying to find their debut back at the end of 2010, every single link I found was dead, which I thought was very odd for a new and (at that time) unknown band.
The European release is still the same I guess though.

The album is being pushed back a week to April 16 due to four CD manufacturers refusing to print 16th century orgy artwork on the deluxe edition of the album.

Even search results are dwindling from the various tracks released to near nothing but cover art in a p2p sharing client I have. Two days from a release and no leak? That’s unheard of.
