The disc is titled ‘No Fixed Address’ and it’s got a Nov. 4 release scheduled. This will be the band’s first offering for their new label, Republic Records, and as previously stated, ‘Edge of a Revolution’ just hit the airwaves for fans to enjoy. The lyric video for the song can be found here, while you can purchase the track via iTunes.
Frontman Chad Kroeger says of the disc, “We are very excited to be releasing new music for our fans and feel it’s some of our strongest material to date.” At present, there are no tour dates on the band’s schedule, but they do intend to hit the road in 2015 for a massive world tour.
aaaand once again, these track titles sound like the same old generic subject matter from good old nickelback. ugh
aaaand once again, someone who is clearly not a fan of a band weighs on something that is not aimed at them
I’m not a Nickelback fan, but you guys must be getting an incredible amount of crap for liking that band?
Then why are you looking at the page and commenting? So what if people rag on us for liking them? We don’t really give a shit. It doesn’t affect us one way or another whether somebody doesn’t like the same band as we do. The people that bug us about liking Nickelback probably have a band or two that they like that we could give them crap for, so in the end it doesn’t matter.
I wasn’t criticizing you, I was just wondering – I wasn’t here to bash on either you or the band. And I saw your comment because I’m the admin and I moderate comments now and again.
Considering the band was classified as something like the most destructive to musical influence or something, yes, fans sometimes do get a hard time… Blame the jerks that classify music as good or bad in the first place considering it’s purely a matter of personal taste… Just because I enjoy something doesn’t make it automatically good, and just because I don’t enjoy something doesn’t make it automatically bad, but people forget that simply because they dislike something, there are others that do…
hey i’m a fan of their old stuff. i’m not one of those nickelback haters that have jumped on the bandwagon, but they have progressively been getting worse over the years
Official artwork added!
Release date is November 17th, not the 4th
Thanks, edited
You might want to fix the ‘news’ too. it still says november 4th.
The single “Put em’ up” leaked on kiAkAk
Wow… kingdomleaks** lol
I wouldn’t say that Edge of a Revolution, which is from this album, is generic whatsoever. I’m kind of looking forward to the album’s release for sure.
Oh yay, it seems it leaked period. Excellent!
