Plastic Flowers are a dream pop duo based in Thessaloniki, Greece and were founded in 2011 by George Samaras and Angelos Paschalidis.

They are experimenting with tape machines to cut up samples and record their own tracks. Some of their main characteristics are the lo-fi sound and the heavy use of analog synthesizers, dreamy guitar melodies and cheap drum machines.

During the past two years they have released one LP and numerous EP and singles through various labels from around the world.

In March 2013 and 2014 they played SXSW and toured Europe and USA. They also supported many popular artists such as Bonobo, Blackbird Blackbird, Still Corners and others. Their shows reveal a different music side of the group mainly because of the heavy noise and instrumental outbursts.

Their music has received praise by many international press including BBC, The Guardian, Pitchfork, VICE, DIY and others.
