Guys, just so you know:
The “leak” is just someone ripping the iTunes stream (128kbps) in 320kbps… it’s a transcode and pretty obviously bad quality. I’d wait for the Scene release to officially dub it a “leak.” For now, it should be categorized as a “stream” leak.
No, it’s not ! I analyzed its spectrum … Cut-off at 20 kHz = Bitrate 320 kbps ! The Drums sound amazing to. Do not worry, everyone here has ordered the album or is planning to get it after the release, it’s one of my favorite ones of 2014, if not the best :).
I analyzed it, too. The cut-off is actually at 16kHz… what remains are artificially-created artifacts. Check the spectrograms I took:

See the line on 16kHz? That’s the cut-off for 128kbps. See those blocky looking artifacts in the zoomed-in pic? Those commonly denote false quality created when transcoding.
However, there IS an apparent CD rip on what.cd. Currently investigating it, but the original “leak” was just the stream.
Newest rip checks out! Someone did in fact get a CD and rip it in FLAC. They also included a perfect log file. We’ve got a good rip out now!
