Viet Cong is a Calgary based post-punk band formed by two members of the now defunct, but much loved, shoegaze band Women who disbanded in 2012 after the death of guitarist Christopher Reimer. Matthew Flegel and Michael Wallace formed Viet Cong right after and offered a tour only cassette that was re-released in 2014 simply titled "Cassette."
Keeping with the trend lately, the album is only 7 tracks.
