The new material aims at making listeners "feel something" — a sentiment that rings especially true for vocalist Daniel Walton on "Infrequent Moments of Clarity."
"Looking back into the past and seeing how being dishonest with myself, and avoiding reality lead me to a state of confusion and discontent in my life," he said in a statement. "Writing this song made me realize that by denying the truth and refusing to get help, I was only making it harder to establish some sort of peace with myself."
That cathartic experience gets channelled into the four melodic yet aggressive songs on the EP, which were captured to tape thanks to producer Sam Guaiana.
