Queensrÿche is the eponymous first studio album by the American progressive heavy metal band Queensrÿche as fronted by Todd La Torre. It's also the tentative thirteenth studio album in the event that Michael Wilton, Scott Rockenfield and Eddie Jackson are awarded the rights to the Queensrÿche trademark following a settlement or judgement in court. At 35 minutes and 3 seconds, it is also the shortest studio album released under the Queensrÿche name.
The album is scheduled to be released in digital format and on CD (standard and deluxe edition) and LP on June 24 in Europe and on June 25, 2013 in the U.S. through Century Media. The album is produced by James Barton, who has previously mixed and engineered Queensrÿche's hit albums Operation: Mindcrime and Empire, and co-produced Promised Land.
