Only a day after it was announced that Beanie Sigel will be spending two years in jail for tax evasion, the rapper has announced the release a new album before he must turn himself over to the authorities. The album, This Time, will be released on August 28th through Ruffhouse Records. The first single for the album "The Reunion" will be out sometime next week (July 22-28).
