I feel as though Lil’ Boosie has tried to remain relevant in the Hip Hop/Rap scene while in prison but while he was away I never felt myself thinking of any particular tracks or albums that were memorable in my mind. Any thoughts on Lil’ Boosie as an artist or any general thoughts on the pressures put on artists to create great music after spending time in prison? Do you think that he will live up to the hype that has been created around him for the past 4 years. I believe that the greatest art and music comes from oppression and struggle, hopefully Boosie can paint his picture for us in the upcoming years and make great music.
