The new video and song from Swedish post-rock band Hunt, “Reset My Bones”, featuring poet Andrea Gibson is a brooding and contemplative epic, soaring to heights of great beauty while keeping an undercurrent of darkness lurking in the background. Gibson’s passionate spoken words couple perfectly with Hunt’s soaring and dark instrumentation and vocalist/guitarist Susana Brandin’s angelic lilt . The video is a perfect complement to the sound, taking the viewer on a tour of the grounds of an abandoned mansion filled with decay and mystery, as well as fleeting glimpses of shadowy figures.
Beautiful to say the least .. really takes a good turn when the vocals kick in a 2:38 .. and a really nice buildup from 5:30
It could’ve been a bit longer .. I was really starting to feel it .. but the song ended too quickly
i absolutely love it. It reminds me of Singularity by Northlane meets Friday Night Lights movie soundtrack.
Like others have said, it’s just such a beautiful song. I can see it being used in a movie trailer or something else suitably epic.
