Originally from Washington DC, the now Los Angeles based four-piece initially met at The Science Club bar in DC. Misun Wojsik (vocalist) met resident DJ, William Devon and producer Andrew Wallace (Nacey) while she was waitressing there
Their debut EP "The Sea" was released in the summer of 2012 on T&A Records. Misun have since cultivated their fan base organically -- through a series of self-released digital singles in 2013.
The band will be revealing their debut album on November 11th. The album is called Superstitions and the latest single from the album is its titular track. I discovered this track on Hype Machine and loved it right away. It's been gaining ground ever since. I'm looking forward to hearing what else this unique band has created.
