All tracks except for Sleepless and Telemiscommunications have been previously released.

There is this problem about albums from this genre by the way – artists release a bunch of songs before the CD hit the stores and lotta people think that if they saw 7 tracks from the album on Pirate Bay or whatever it must have leaked…
The problem is that it’s not 7 tracks. It’s 12 tracks. from 13!
SO the album only keaks when (for whoever will report the leak):
– Channel 42 gets STUDIO release.
– TCOTPP gets STUDIO release.
– October gets STUDIO release.
– Sleepless gets STUDIO release.
– Telemiscommunications gets FULL 6 MIN VERSION released.
Telemiscommunications is approx 4:30 as per the iTunes preview leak last week.

Also, the digital release DOES eceed 80 minutes, but maybe on CD they will use a 90 minute CD (or 84, if they are using a different way to record them) If they aren’t then not including Aural PSynapse was idiocracy from their part.

Confirmed. Telemiscommunications and studio version of Channel 42. I didn’t check the times on everything else but it seems pretty legit based on the telemiscommunications track being there and not some live/radio rip.
