Never been a fan of WIM other than Tyler Carter. You have to understand the amount of work they didn’t do. Huge amounts of auto-tune, voice correction, and instrument back tracking are not talent and bring down the post-hardcore scene big time. Not to mention the boring typical “breakdowns” and super low tuned guitars that chug the same chords over and over again.
IMO ISSUES will be better just because Tyler Carter > Hance Alligood, but instrumentally we will see.
Their music is not typical at all, especially for the Rise Records Scene. There is a bit of R&B which is not usual for Rise Bands. The guitar is a tad different as well.
WIM is very typical and a disgrace to the “post-hardcore scene.” It’s bands like these that give Rise a bad rep and the genre all together. Auto-tune and back tracking is not talent. It’s over production.

The clean vocals on this load of junk are by far the worst I’ve heard in the genre. New Metalcore sucks so much patooty. Why can’t talented clean vocalists take the helm rather than mix metal with Justin Bieber wannabe type vocalists? Seriously!?
