Lady Gaga has revealed the title of her upcoming album to be ARTPOP, and she has requested that "Make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title it's all in the details."
The album title has made it to the singers arm in form of a tattoo. And the forthcoming release has been described more as a "project" than an actual regular album. I'm guessing she's referring to a conceptual album.
The following tidbits were mentioned, by Has it Leaked member Mikey Xi, in the comment section. These are primarily sourced from Gaga's Twitter account.
- Gaga wants to release an app along with this album that will allow fan interaction, games, and the possibility of being able to release more music as time goes on. October 29th she said that the app "IS COMING ALONG"
The album cover was designed by Jeff Koons.
The tracklist has now been added, which includes Aura, Jewels n' Drugs, Do what you want, Artpop and Applause.

So much hype led me to check this out. Did that last time with her previous album, which was a trainwreck. Let’s see how this one turns out, the first single was catchy at least.
Well, meh. Won’t lie, there are a couple of catchy tracks and that, but the lyrics are mostly terrible and some tracks are dreadful. The first three and the last three are okay, and “Do What U Want” and “Donatella” too. The rest is disposable to me. Anyhew, nothing much, at least to me. My opinion. You’re entitled to your own, I’m not going to diss you for that.
