As one of Los Angeles finest psychedelic adventurers Eddie has been releasing music for labels from California’s leftfield-balearic icons Exist Dance to DFA’s own resident DJ, Tim Sweeney’s new Beats In Space label.
Following his blink and you miss it Laughing Light Of Plenty project’s LP (alongside Rub’nTug man Thomas Bullock) on Whateverwewant Records – this collection of Eddie’s solo Secret Circuit project is a sprawling array of his cassette-only releases dating back from 1996 to 2010.
Taking in his love of pyschedelia, techno, minimalism and Satie experimentation, the resulting album is a Balearic-Tropical-Afro-Psychedelic whirl.
With a live show to match and more music to come on the likes of ESP Institute, as well as remixes for Peter Tosh and Soft Rocks being championed across the spectrum, Eddie is finally getting the props his meandering career deserves.
To be released on heavy virgin vinyl LP in Summer 2012.
