I know this will get me downvotes, but the single bored me a bit and the rest of the album isn’t doing much for me. Everything feels a bit safe. Nightmare was a bit all over the place and took all sorts of twists and turns from beginning to end. This album really isn’t doing that for me, but I’m hoping it grows on me.

I was sitting down watching TV when i got a migraine headache and so i decided to go get some Advil for it but before I got to the kitchen my computer started playing “requiem”, within seconds my headache was gone. I believe I have stumbled upon a new medicine. Just think if one song can relieve a headache what could the whole HTTK album do????? OMG

What’s everyone’s favorite? I’ve only listened up to requirem but I love them all. I heard the last 3 are great! Is crimson day and heretic good?

Crimson Day and Acid Rain are my favourite. Tops I Won’t See You Tonight pt 1 as my favourite song of all time.

Great album, as expected. I have been monitoring this page since Hail to the King was put up here. Glad to see the leak happen. Acid Rain seems to be a community favorite all around.

Anybody know the chorus of Acid Rain? I’m trying to type out the lyrics for all of the songs but I’m struggling with some parts.

      Our day has come,
      It’s drawn in the sky
So don’t shed a tear now,
      Be thankful for the time

Life wouldn’t be so precious, dear, if there never was an end

Children still play in the garden,
Dance as the sun slips away
We stand on the edge now
      We’ve come so far
Through all the dust, it becomes clear
You will always be my heart

There’s no death, no end of time, when I’m facing it with you

Children still play in the garden
Dance as the sun slips away
      Not even stars last forever
      Cleanse us acid rain

      Stand near to me
      Don’t look, be brave
      Over the blackened moon,
      I’ll carry you away,
      Through the planets we fly…

No ones gonna get it till the albums actually released. The only reason it was leaked was because A7X leaked it themselves and didn’t put out the bonus track. It.should be here the 21st. Because thats when the album comes out in Argentina

Anyone remember that one clip that got leaked a while back of that crazy ass guitar solo, kinda reminded ya of iron maiden. I noticed its not on the album, I wonder if it is in St. James. I hope so, I was looking forward to hearing that. It sounded badass, if its not in that song then what’s it from

Sputnikmusic is gay, there is so many haters of this album. I think people are deaf and wouldn’t know a good album if it hit them in the vagina

Something that’s really pissing me off is that for years now, people have complained that A7X isn’t metal and they need to change. Now, with this album, A7X wrote a love letter to classic metal and people are still complaining about it lacking originality, which it clearly has with M. Shadows’ songwriting and singing.

Sputnik Music is fucking stupid. The reviewer only listened to the album once. The reviewer obviously has no experience in music reviewing. You can’t listen to an album once and expect to know all of the elements that make up each and every song. Ignore them and listen to somebody who actually knows what they are talking about on a different site. This was a great album!

The album is nice but not the best so far for me, it’s missing something… Something that Waking The Fallen and Nightmare had that make me love these albums. HTTK have a sound like City Of Evil, which is really not my fav one but there’s some masterpieces in here like Requiem, This Means War, Doing Time and Coming Home.

Actually better than I thought. It doesn’t break new horizons, but damn is it a good listen. Shepherd of Fire has an addictive riff and made me air drum xD Other favorites are Requiem, Coming Home, and Acid Rain. Solid effort, they are going places.
