ulianna Barwick offered up a few solo songs earlier this year on a 7-inch for Suicide Squeeze, but now the ambient vocal experimenter has announced she'll also serve up a whole album's worth of material this summer for her new label home, Dead Oceans. The record in question will be titled Nepenthe. She worked in Iceland with producer/engineer Alex Somers (Jónsi & Alex), members of Amiina and Múm, and a teenage female choir. Supposed to be released August 2013
