Marianne Dissard is a French chanteuse and filmmaker from Tucson, Arizona now living in sunny Europe. Her third album, “The Cat. Not Me”, was written with labelmate Sergio Mendoza (Y La Orkesta) who joins the ranks of Dissard’s previous composers Joey Burns (Calexico), Naïm Amor and Italian maestro Christian Ravaglioli. The album premiered at SXSW 2013 in a live collaboration with Seattle producer/musician Budo (Rhymesayers) and Andrew Joslyn (Macklemore & Ryan Lewis) on violin. “The Cat. Not Me” will be released in October 2013. No tracklist so far.
