announced that she'd finally return with a new solo album called The Worse Things Get, the Harder I Fight, the Harder I Fight, the More I Love You. Now, she's shared more details from the project.
The first single from the record is called "Man," and features M. Ward on guitar. The song can be streamed below, and that's the single's artwork above. Outside of that, the record includes contributions from Howe Gelb, Mudhoney's Steve Turner and members of the New Pornographers, My Morning Jacket, Calexico, Los Lobos and Visqueen.
There are 11 new songs on the album along with a cover of Nico's "Afraid." The tracklisting for the release is available below.
