On April 28th the Pixies will release Indie Cindy, their first full studio album in almost 23 years, but it's not entirely new. The release is a compilation of the tracks found on the recently released EP-1, EP-2, and EP-3 (which was previously unannounced and literally just came out), and 'Bagboy' the track the band released as free download last year.
Like the EPs, because it is the EPs, the album's 12 tracks were produced by Gil Norton, the producer behind Doolittle, Bossanova, and Trompe le Monde.
Indie Cindy is out April 28th, but an early limited edition, two-disc, deluxe gatefold, 180-gram vinyl set will be available on Record Store Day (April 19th). See the tracklist, stream new track 'Greens and Blues', and watch the new video for EP-2 closer 'Snakes' below.
