Rising from the Ottawa, Ontario area, Of Reverie blends many post hardcore and metalcore elements into their own homegrown blend of music.
Over the course of 2013 Of Reverie put out their debut EP, The Dreamcatcher, which featured guest vocal spots from Issues’ Tyler Carter & Michael Bohn, as well as [former] At The Skylines’ vocalist, Chris Shelley. The EP grabbed people’s attention on a global scale - getting noticed by UK-based Mayhem Online Magazine, and the Californian-based Pop Vulture Magazine. The band also received radio air time in Australia, and in their home town of Ottawa.
One year later, the band’s much anticipated sophmore EP, entitled “Revitalize”, showcases a mature, polished, heavy-hitting sound and is ready for release. Of Reverie is ready to move forward for the rest of 2015 and into 2016 stronger than ever before.
