Avril Lavigne is back and has announced her new album "Head Above Water" for the next year.
Lavigne's last album was her self-titled release in 2013. In 2015, she confirmed she had been diagnosed with Lyme disease, which prompted a break from music.
And now she is back with her sixth full-length release. "I feel like I’ve really opened up on this record more than I ever have before. Each song tells a story that will hopefully inspire others to believe in themselves and stand up for what they know is right and what they truly deserve!", she said.
"Head Above Water" will be released on February 15th, 2019.
