Frequency Unknown is the first album by Geoff Tate's version of the band Queensrÿche after Tate was expelled by his former bandmates from the original band. It is due to be released on Cleopatra Records's sub label Deadline Recorrds on April 23, 2013. The album was co-written and produced by Jason Slater, who previously has also produced Queensrÿche's albums Operation: Mindcrime II (2006) and American Soldier (2009).

Not so bad (re-recorded tracks excluded). Mainstream pop rock, recorded in hurry, anyway more enjoyable than Dedicated to chaos.
As I can see the question is not “Has it leaked?” but “Who Cares?”
It has leaked out on Youtube, but as you say no one cares. It’s one of the most horrible things i’ve ever heard.
