"Voá" is the fifth album by Momo, singer-songwriter and musician from Minas Gerais that gained projection in the indie scene of Rio de Janeiro in the 2000's with the edition of praised albuns "Buscador" (2008) and "Serenade of a Sailor" (2011). Produced by ex-Los Hermanos's Marcelo Camelo, the album aligns ten songs from an essencially authorial repertoire. Five of them are signed by Momo with Thiago Camelo, Marcelo's brother. One of them, "Esse Mar", is the elected single.
Successor of "Cadafalso" (2013), a record of and guitar, "Voá" is scheduled to be released on February 10th, via Universal Music of Portugal, label with which the artist signed a contract in 2016. Based now in Lisbon, Momo - the artistic name adopted by Marcelo Frota - sings with the Portuguese fado singer Camané in the track "Alfama".
