Legendary country group Dixie Chicks have announced their first full-length album since 2006's "Taking The Long Way".
The band has shared a music video of "Gaslighter", the title track off the upcoming album, set to release on May 1st 2020 - produced by Jack Antonoff.
Like many artists, the trio have decided to postpone the release of her new album due to the pandemic.
The band has decided to change their name from "Dixie Chicks" to simply "The Chicks", in support of the Black Liver Matter movement, because of the racist connotations of the word "Dixie". They have released a new song, "March March", with an astounishing video in support of the victims of systematic racism. The Chick's new album, "Gaslighter", will now be out on July 17th.
