Mate, everybody does that- whether is to download a software, movie, music etc..
Think about life 15 years ago. I used to record songs in tape from the radio and play around.. Was it ilegal? Wasn’t I supposed to do this? I don’t think so.
Downloads do damage artists- no doubt about it. It has its plus points too though (e.g. music spreads faster, more people get to know them, buy concert tickets etc). In my opinion, the real problem, however, isn’t with downloading CDs (I assume that people would support the bands live) free of charge. The issue lies with the bad distribution of wealth in the music industry.
Support your bands by seeing them live and purchasing Merch. F*** the labels!

There are three tracks out there that are on the album. The Line Of Least Resistance, Challenger, and a decent mix of A Radiant Daybreak which would have to be one of the most vivid tracks that they have ever done.
This album is going to be a menace.

Seriously guys, if the leak isn’t patched up quickly, do the band a favor and BUY THE ALBUM! Piracy is killing unique bands like Sybreed. You want more music, fuckin buy the physical disc and stop downloading leaks!

The more you give, the more you receive. I downloaded the album, its fuckin great! And you know what? I also have pre-ordered a copy, and when Sybreed were last in town here, I came to see them at two seperate shows within 150kms of each other, and bought merch at each show.
And you know how I discovered Sybreed in the first place? Through an artist recommendation on a music piracy forum.
So again, please enlighten me about how piracy is killing artists like Sybreed, because correct me if I am wrong here, but it seems that they are doing just fine. :)
Piracy isnt killing them, they’ve been saying that for a long time now. Dubstep is killing music. People are losing interest in actual musicians and real talent and are instead going to dubstep shows and shit.
