Baptized is the fourth studio album from the American rock band Daughtry, it will be released on November 19th by RCA Records.
This is the first Daughtry album not to be produced by Howard Benson, Daughtry decided to take a different take to their music, hoping to fit into the radio generation at the moment, this includes adding Electric pop and Pop elements to the band music.
Daughtry worked with a lot of different writers on the fourth album, usually it's just Chris and the band writing the songs, this time, Chris and co. moved away from the branch of them just writing the songs and went with a different stroke. So far, Martin Johnson of Boys Like Girls, Sam Hollander, Blair Daly, Espionage, Rock Mafia, Ali Tamposi, The Monsters and the Strangerz, Brad Arnold of 3 Doors Down and Scott Stevens.

Daughtry doesn’t make bad albums. I just order them when I see that pre-ordering is available. I can’t say that for any other artists, except for Carrie Underwood.
