A record isn’t n album until it has (8) tracks or more. Born This Way is album 3, ARTPOP is album 4. God get your crap together people! It depends on the country and where it charted.
In some countries Fame Monster charted as album and in others on the single charts.

In actual fact, any bonus, or ‘deluxe’ songs will be released through the ARTPOP app. Which is due the same day as the album is released.
Technically, this is Lady Gaga’s fourth album, but it is infact her third STUDIO album. The Fame Monster is an EP, check Wikipedia and any Lady Gaga related forums for that knowledge. The ‘deluxe edition’ on Amazon is the standard CD, but with a DVD of her performance at this years iTunes Festival.

All I can say is, don’t fight on what is the chronological order of the discographies of Gaga, herself. Yes, either ARTPOP’s the 3rd or 4th, the point is, she has a new album. Maybe let’s spread inner peace. =)
The Deluxe edition includes a DVD with the iTunes Festival, there´s no Bonus Tracks.
As copy we will get the festival bonus tracks as well. ;)
