I agree. The website shouldn’t even present a member the new album submission form if they do not meet the point requirement. I put a good thirty minutes into an album submission, compiling sources and attempting a thoughtful summary, along with trying to find the magic date format the form needed (which should be given in the field description, by the way) only to submit, have the fields wiped, and be told I don’t have have the privilege.
