2018 MOST WANTED ALBUM DOWNLOADS?

2017 was great (especially this incredible artist on Spotify!)

While we’re counting down our favourite albums of 2017, we look forward to another brilliant year in music. Also we’re not the kind of music site that tend to look back. And as more and more albums are being added to the site, not due for weeks or even months, I wanted to get your list of the most wanted albums next year.

So, which albums are you looking forward to next year? Confirmed albums! While we don’t need a title, we need at least some confirmation that it is actually due for a 2018 release.

If this song is any indication of how the new album will sound, I’m very intrigued in the upcoming Kitten album.

The 1975 – Music For Cars
Albert Hammond Jr – ??? (It’s been two years since he doesn’t release an album)
Arctic Monkeys – ??? (Nick O’ Malley had said that they are working on it)
    Cage the Elephant (Hopefully)
Catfish and the Bottlemen – ??? (Before the South American tour, Van McCann said that he already has a few songs and after a hiatus they will go back to the studio)
    Florence + the Machine – ???
Foals – ??? (Yannis confirmed it on Instagram)
    The Hives (Hopefully)
Interpol – ??? (The band had already confirmed it)
The Kooks – ??? (In an interview with HMV, Luke Pitchard said that the album is almost finished – he posted a poto on Insgtram of the studio)
Marina and the Diamonds – ??? (She said she has started to write in a Twitter video)]
    MGMT – Little Dark Age
    Miles Kane (Hopefully)
The Neighbourhood – ??? (They are releasing a lot of singles and the second EP is just around the corner
Troye Sivan – ??? (He said he’s working on it)
Twenty One Pilots – ??? (It’s time for them to come back)
Vampire Weekend – ??? (The biography of Ezra on Twitter has a ‘Vampire Weekend LP 4’)

2018 is definitely a great year for music.

Vanessa Carlton – She’s done several Insta stories by the piano composing for the new album. It’ll probably be released sometime around November/December 2018.

    TOOL
Baroness (Probably my most anticipated one. I can’t wait to hear what direction they go in with their new guitarist Gina Gleason. One thing’s for sure: these guys never disappoint and neither do they repeat themselves)
    TOOL
A Perfect Circle (‘The Doomed’ was one of my favourite tracks last year, so this should be pretty good)
    TOOL
Alice in Chains (It will be good, it’s Jerry Fucking Cantrell)
    TOOL
Clutch (They played a new song, ‘We Love a Good Fire’ when I saw them live in June, it sounded pretty cool)
    TOOL
    Monster Magnet – Mindfucker
    TOOL
Fu Manchu – Clone of the Universe
    TOOL
Corrosion of Conformity – No Cross No Crown (Pepper is back, fuck yeah!)
    TOOL
    Judas Priest – Firepower
    TOOL
    Machine Head – Catharsis
    TOOL
    Tribulation – Down Below
    TOOL
    The Sword – Used Future

Stone Temple Pilots (I don’t expect much, but we’ll see)
    TOOL
    Ghost
    TOOL
    Mudhoney
    TOOL
Nine Inch Nails – 3rd part of the EP trilogy
    TOOL
    Pearl Jam
    TOOL

    TOOL
    High on Fire
    TOOL
    Riverside
    TOOL
    At the Gates
    TOOL
    Behemoth
    TOOL
    The Ocean
    TOOL
    Between the Buried and Me
    TOOL
    Refused
    TOOL
    Voivod
    TOOL
Soundgarden (I know it’s very unlikely, but I hope there are at least some demos done for the album they were working on when Chris Cornell passed away)
