Florida metallers TRIVIUM will release their new album, "Vengeance Falls", on October 15 via Roadrunner Records. The CD was produced by DISTURBED and DEVICE frontman David Draiman at his house in Austin, Texas.
American metalcore band Trivium announced the title of their forthcoming sixth album, due later this year, is called Vengeance Falls. The group hired David Draiman of Device and Disturbed as a producer. Vengeance Falls was produced in Austin, Texas and was mixed by Colin Richardson, who has previously worked with Fear Factory, Machine Head, Napalm Death, Slipknot and Bullet for My Valentine.

Sounds too much like Disturbed stuff in my opinion. We don’t really feel Matt’s voice like in their previous work, his voice sounds too much altered and musically there’s no really catchy riffs in either Strife and Brave This Storm. Still looking forward this, but not as much as in the beginning.
I have a feeling that you wouldnt say that if you didnt know Draiman directed it. Disturbed was my favorite band for YEARS and this sounds NOTHING like Disturbed.
Disturbed altered vocals for sure and sounds really more industrial tan their previous work. This sounds more Disturbed-ish than old Trivium for me.
The vocal melodies and phrasing in Brave This Storm sound EXACTLY like Disturbed. They have Draiman written all over them.
You will notice through out the whole album that i sounds a bit like drainman. Even tough, the rest of the album is fuckin amazing. To belive, At the end of this war and Wake is fucking breathtaking!!! Perhaps the album of the year :)

I just gotta point out how cool this album art is! Also, I listened to strife off iTunes and in my opinion this is the Trivium we all know and love. My favorite album so far has been In Waves and this isn’t too much different. They stick to there style nicely but the material is all new. Idk maybe its just me, but thats what I think
