A Day to Remember from Florida formed in 2003 and are being described as a metalcore/pop-punk/rock band. The bands current line-up include Jeremy McKinnon, Neil Westfall, Josh Woodard, Alex Shelnutt and Kevin Skaff. The band is set to release their new album "Common Courtesy" October the 8th.
An album which have seen a lot of delays. Common Courtesy was announced by the band with a countdown included. Once the countdown hit zero, first single "Violence (Enough Is Enough)" was released. This was back in December and since there's been a lot of speculation when the album actually will be released. On March 18th, Jeremy McKinnon, announced on Twitter that "Common Courtesy is officially tracked! Now, onward to mixing.". Still no official track list.
The band announced Friday night at a show in Michigan that the judge ruled that they could release their album October 8, without Victory. Here is the live video of that announcement.

For anyone who might not have seen it they Jeremy announced on the alt press live stream that on October 2nd we will all know whether the album will legally be coming out on October 8th or not.
jeremy seemed lost, shy, he didn’t seem at his ease, besides vic and alex… am I wrong ?
I agree he kinda avoided most questions but he did show interest and answer a lot of the questions he was probably tired but he kinda seems like a quiet guy in general anyway.
Yeah, of course, him and Soupy were the most interesting out of them four, and he seems to be less exhuberant than the two others ^^

Regardless of being legal or illegal I will be paying for this album as I think everyone should to support these guys, we’ve waited for awhile for this album but they’re trying and they are possibly risking their careers for us…. As much as I love getting music for free I can’t do it to them this time….
I’m with you man. I will find a way to get money to them for the album. I won’t accept it for free.
But seeing how loyal they are towards us, I don’t think they would let us pay them unless the album is officially out !

I thought he was saying “When the Jury says, When the Jury says, that im dead and buried” the songs about the lawsuit isnt it? So it would make sense not sure though.
I think it’s “What will the jury say when I’m dead and buried.” Either way we are close enough. I’ll make sure to listen closely when I hear it live in like 2 weeks :D

It will come out eventually. I know it sucks waiting for a new album, so let’s all go see them tour. I’ve been to four shows through out the years, each one is a lot of fun.
If victory wont let us support them by buying their album then this is the next best way

Normally, I would start to expect a leak anywhere from now until the 7th, but I’m not so sure if we will ever even get to hear the album.. lol
I’m trying not to get my hopes up at this point. I’m more excited for October 2nd because at least then we will know. Luckily I got GTA V to help the time fly.
GTA V is the only thing keeping my mind off CC, haha.
I wish this album would come out ive heard those few singles on it and think I will love it. This stupid law suit is killing me. I just want the Album to drop since i can never go see ADTR when they are in town
Musically and song structure, what do people think of Dead And Buried?
Personally, i dont exactly think its THAT good because it only has 1 solid verse, Yes the chorus is good but it is a breakdown song like 2nd Sucks but even that has 2 verses, 3 chorus’ and a bridge.
I like it more than Violence and Right Back At It Again but that’s just me.
you’re actually the first person who i’ve heard/read say that,
I think that if Victory or whatever else doesn’t let them release the album PUBLICLY then it’s obvious it’ll be leaked by the band members or Drew Russ. Jeremy said himself that nothing will stop the release of this album. We’ll get to hear it no doubt about it.
