U.K. pop singer Olly Murs will release his debut U.S. album "Right Place, Right Time" on Dec. 4 through Columbia Records. The 28-year-old's stateside debut was originally titled "In Case You Didn't Know" and announced for a September release.

"Right Place, Right Time" follows Columbia's signing of the former U.K. "X Factor" star, as well as dates opening for One Direction in the U.S. in June and July. The album will feature previously released single "Heart Skips a Beat" featuring Chiddy Bang, as well as the Flo Rida-assisted new single "Troublemaker."

"I am so excited that I am getting the chance to release my music here in the U.S.," Murs says in a statement. "'Heart Skips A Beat' has been a big hit for me around the world, but I never thought I'd be able to bring it to the U.S.!"

Released in May, "Heart Skips a Beat" has sold 145,000 downloads, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Murs will perform the track on "Good Morning America" on Sept. 28. The track list for "In Case You Didn't Know" combined the singer's first two international releases since appearing on "X Factor" in 2009, although the track list for the renamed album has yet to be announced
