It’s the follow-up to FFDP’s super tight album. The Wrong Side Of Heaven And The Righteous Side Of Hell Volume 2 sees the group almost releasing a double album, since its only months part from the two releases. It will be released on November 19, 2013.

Five Finger Death Punch guitarist Zoltan Bathory recently shared, “We came off the road after a couple of great years of touring and were really amped up to write the 4th record. Everybody was in the right headspace and the band tighter than ever so it was a perfect storm. We jumped in head first and found ourselves 12-13 songs deep fairly quick but were still coming up with better and better material so we looked at each other and said…. ok why stop there? Let’s keep going. Once we passed the 24th song we knew we’re going to have to do two albums. We had this massive amount of music that’s very dear to us, possibly the best material this band has ever created. At that point there was no way to decide which songs to leave off one album. So we made the decision to release them all.”

What's left to say? It's going to be killer.

i agree! dot your eyes is probably the best song ever written by FFDP, so far wrecking ball is the only song that comes close…

As my patience wears thin while I wait to download it. I begin to wonder if it will ever end. I begin to ponder the existence of everything, and then, as it finally downloads, I stare into the screen as if I was staring into its soul, to its very fiber of being, and let out a very subtle scream, FUCK YEAH FIVE FINGER!!! DEATH PUNCH!! :D

Ivan enunciates well enough to not need lyrics. Just listen to the songs over and over and you’ll quickly learn the lyrics. I know atleast 85% of the lyrics on the album already and it’s been only a couple of hours. :)

Also on The Pirate Bay, most seeded choice when you search for “The Wrong Side Of Heaven” without quotes.

This album is great, and in my opinion, a lot more well-rounded than the first part. The first album was powerful and had many great tracks like “Lift Me Up”, “Watch You Bleed”, “You”, “Dot Your Eyes”, etc. However, for me, there are a couple of tracks that felt like it grabbed a bit of “American Capitalist” with it. This album for me feels like it broke away from that(mostly). Tracks like “Here to Die”, “Weight Beneath My Sin” and “Wrecking Ball” are like firecrackers and really show the more heavier side of FFDP. “Battle Born” is an uplifting ballad type song that talks about being on the road and such. Its actually really good, and better than the ballads on the 1st part(IMO). “Matter of Time” and “A Day in My Life” are heavier hitting tracks once again, but seem just a bit similar to the formula of the first volume(Like Burn MF for example), but nonetheless a great listen. “Let This Go” and “My Heart Lied” are more melodic in a sense, with “Let This Go” sounding more metal, and “My Heart Lied” sounding more balladish, but not all the way there. “The House of the Rising Sun” cover is amazing, its like FFDP is king at making covers and makes a successful attempt at adding their own spins to it. “The Agony of Regret” is an interlude with haunting like guitars that leads into one of the two best songs on the album, “Cold”. “Cold” will literally go down as one of the best ballads of the year, as violins, melodies and emotional stamina run rampant through this song, with a good delivery by the guys, especially Ivan. The other song that really caught my eye on this album is “Cradle to the Grave” as it really like adds a crunching heavy metal sound that FFDP is known to make, but adds like this somewhat “haunting” kind of melodic chorus and pulse through the song that is extremely addictive. My review wasn’t exactly top notch, I know. Everyone has their own opinion, but in my opinion, FFDP continues to impress, with Vol. 2 even more amazing than the already incredible Vol. 1. 9/10, would recommend to be honest.

Volume 2 is fucking incredible, I really like Volume 1 but Volume 2 blows Volume 1 out the water. Volume 2 is fucking brilliant. Wrecking Ball, Matter of Time and Let This Go are my personal favourites.

Burn MF (feat. Rob Zombie) already on iTunes (Japan). So, what about I.M.Sin and Weight Beneath My Sin, does anybody know?

I don’t think that weight beneath my sin with ryan is released yet. they said probably on a soundtrack or maybe b-side on a single release.
only burn mf feat. rob zombie is a bonus track for the Japanese release (physical copies and iTunes)… so it looks like i.m. sin with kyo was bs…
