Is the world ready for this? The multi-platinum selling artist, the “Teenage Dream” star, the one and only Katy Perry is ready to impact the world with her highly-awaited third major studio album (and fourth overall) entitled “Prism” that’s scheduled for release on digital retailers on October 22 via EMI Music and Capitol Records. A massive promotional campaign started earlier this summer, with an official truck driving around the US to promote the album.
First single Roar, was a massive hit worldwide and became Perry's most successful single so far. It spent the last fortnight at Number One on the UK's Official Singles Chart. However, the accompanying video has recently been criticized by Peta. The animal rights organisation claims that the exotic animals used in the promo were likely to have been subjected to abuse, as the company responsible for supplying them has an allegedly questionable track record.

Are you talking about ET?? If so i kinda have to disagree. I though ET was awesome…. I mean yeah his part in the song makes it stand out hard but that’s what brings your attention back into the song.

how do albums end up leaking? who leaks them out? does katy perry or the other artist do it in hope to boost the sales?
When an album is complete, the record companies sometimes send albums out to radio stations or music stores for future promotions, and it is leaked by them or executives from the record company….sometimes the artist will leak it themselves like Big Boi did. Leaking at times boost sales and sometimes it doesn’t.
