29 September worlwide release date CD and Digital for “The True Shape Of Eskatos" new PLATEAU SIGMA album!!!
The new Plateau Sigma album, “The True Shape Of Eskatos”, is an attempt to combine obsessions, rituals, prophecies, dreams, erotism in music. We've followed our constant inspirations, such as antique and contemporary history, dreams, nightmares, sex, love, death, afterlife. All seen with the point of view of the times we are living, times where, despite of the large use of many forms of technology, the old fears about the unknown and the end of the world are still crawling among us. Therein you can find some tracks inspired by “Resurrection”, a Manuel Vicari’ s idea for a fantasy romance, never released, but put in music by us. We tried to maintain a sound that respects the warmth and the purity of the analogic profile, improving it miles away compared to our first album White Wings Of Nightmares.
We’ve also had the honor of being with the master of greek metal Efthimis Karadimas from NIGHTFALL, who was able to give a devastating and very personal performance on one of our tracks.
Basically this album is just a new step to reach the union of funeral doom, doom metal, death metal and 80's new wave.
The album was recorded and mixed by Francesco and mastered by Giovanni Indorato at Cyberghetto Studio.
