"Hiya! My name is Justin and this is my side project called "The Secret Songs of Us". I try my very best to write and record songs that...make you feel. Sadness, Happiness, whatever emotion it is that you are feeling is okay; as long as you're feeling, that means you're alive. I figure writing songs only to get on MTV and sell lots of records is silly, so I don't really plan on going huge. It's more of a way to say things that we are too humiliated to say, too scared to tell, and to hurt to re-live. Some of the stuff in these songs man; I would never ever have enough guts to tell you about face to face. But that's okay! Because then other people can listen to these songs and whatever way, feel alive. And maybe it helps them through something that is going on, or maybe it makes them remember a person in their life they don't have anymore. Either way these songs, notes, verses, whatever you want to call them...make us human. They make us who we are. So by using this side project I do what I can to make it through each day. I hope you enjoy the music and I promise why I play music will never change. Thanks to everyone who already supports me, it means the world."
