American pop-punk band, City Lights, was formed in 2008 with the original lineup of vocalist Oshie Bichar, drummer Sean Smith, guitarist Joey Kasouf, guitarist Hartley Lewis, and bassist/vocalist Zac Goble. They released two EPs and two full-length records. On February 14, 2014, City Lights announced that the group had split up, explaining that they had come to a point in their lives where they were ready to take on new opportunities. The final lineup consisted of vocalist Oshie Bichar, drummer Sean Smith, bassist Chase Clymer, and guitarist/vocalist Jeremy Smith. In December 2014, Oshie Bichar announced that although the band had broken up, he would continue the name solely as a studio project, as he had written 95% of the material. On January 18, 2015, City Lights revealed that the new record, Acoustic EP 2, comes out for digital download only on February 17, 2015 via InVogue Records. The lead single, "Truth Is" is up for stream and instant download when you pre-order Acoustic EP 2.
