The Libertines have finally revealed that this new material will be called "Anthems For Doomed Youth" and will be available next September 4 by Harvest Records.
The deluxe version of the album will come with four bonus tracks recorded in Karma Sound Studios on 20 May this year. The album will include "Gunga Din" which is the song previously reported as "Gunga Gin", who played in Best Kept Secret Festival.
wow , never thought we get another libertines album , saw them live last year after being a fan since 2002 , was epic hyde park , even doherty was telling the crowd to behave haha , i resigned to the fact that baby shambles was the closest thing to the next libertines album , if your waiting checking out their last album so good , was really impressed also check out barats album with the jackals. all really good , hope this leaks but i bet its under lock and key some where .

Haha well I genuinely did. Used the voice recorder app, there was no security there to stop you from doing so. Albums leaked now, so doesn’t matter anyway.

or even if they are included on the vinyl edition , sometimes bonus songs can be better than the album , i remember frightened rabbit bonus tracks pedestrian verse , if you were me , so much better as a song than most of the album,a real cracker of a song and one if the best “bonus” songs i ever heard.

old unreleased versions of love is on the dole, bucket shop, and 7 deadly sins can be found around the web. All great songs, not sure about lust for the libertines. Bucket shop is one of my all time favorites (I believe it and love is on the dole are on Legs 11). The instrumental version of 7 deadly sins is on there too, little sped up compared to when they added lyrics to it. At least 3 out of 4 are well worth listening to, I’m excited to hear what they’ve done with them.
