Titus Andronicus are a Jersey punk band that channels Springstein-esque lyrics and imagery under the cover of abrasive yet pop-influenced punk rock ala The Wiper. They've released three studio albums since 2008, starting with The Airing of Grievances, followed in 2010 with The Monitor (their most celebrated work). Their last album, Local Business, dropped in 2012 to moderate acclaim, but some felt the tenacity and clever wordplay from their previous efforts was lost.

No track list announced yet, but supposedly it's clocking in at 28 songs (plus a 78-second intermission) spread out over 93 minutes, Tragedy took longer to make than Stickles anticipated. Aside from covers of Daniel Johnston’s “I Had Lost My Mind” and the Pogues’ “A Pair of Brown Eyes,” as well as a sloppy rendition of “Auld Lang Syne” — which all make sense in the context of the album — Stickles wrote all of the songs himself."

The first single is "Dimed Out."
