Hip Hop/R&B artist Akon (who hasn't released a new project in over four years) returned yesterday in the strangest of forms, he premiered the debut project from his newly formed "Konvict Kartel" music group. The rap group (which also serves as a music label) replaced the former "Konvict Musik" which had been a staple of the R&B world for the last decade. The group has a very dense & star-studded roster top-to-bottom, but it's hard to confirm who's still with the label today, all we can say for sure is that the artists credited as members on this specific project include Akon himself, OG Boo Dirty, Tone Tone, Tre Carter, Money Man and Floss B.
